good recipe for the summer, and fresh tasty =)
especially for people who want to keep in shape and perfect like me =)
usually do without the sauce but I added an option to change =)
a big chicken boiled or grilled
1 ananas fresco
1 grossa mela granny smith

1 tablespoon mustard
1 juice of lemon
100g of whipped cream

Recipe Chicken and pineapple:
Wash and squeeze the lettuce .
Cut apple rounds, without pelarla.
Peel and cut the ' pineapple dice.
Grate celery , put it in a bowl with fruit, add juice of lemon , dusted with sugar.
Let marinate 15 minutes. Remove the skin
chicken , disossalo, cut the meat into strips. Make a mayonnaise
lemon , salted and seasoned with a dash of cayenne pepper.
Whip cream, add it to mayonnaise to make it smooth.
Spoon meringue into a gravy boat and put in a cool place.
Shuffle chicken with fruit and celery system, all in a bowl "lining" of leaves of lettuce , chill for 1 hour. Serve with sauce separately.
