The origins of tea
Originally China, where it is consumed since the dawn of time, the tea is extracted from the buds and leaves of Camilia sinensis , a family tree of camellias, and is the drink to drink more world after water.
The different designations (black tea, green tea, oolong etc ...) do not indicate different types of leaves, but to describe the various treatments that are under the leaves (fermentation, smoking ...). These treatments have a strong influence on the taste of the drink.

The iced tea
