Losing Weight On Ready Brek

Base for fruitcake

I copied this recipe from my grandma =) and a great cook and really good!

ingredianti for a base from 26/28cm

75 gr melted butter
75 grams of sugar
2 eggs
150 grams of flour "00"
1 tablespoon baking
2 tablespoons milk


That's easy ... just add the ingredients together! niziando the eggs and 2 tablespoons of milk so


eggs in the photo are 4 because I made two bases ... .. Give a double dose and then stir and add sugar


Mix (just to combine the ingredients) and add the melted butter and cold


Now sift the flour and baking powder together


and Mesola until creamy


Now spread the batter into a greased and floured baking pan FAN OVEN 175 ° x 15 minutes ... I have one with the restraining board, but also go well the classic cake to smooth surface ....
