for quick shutdown of Windows you can change some registry keys that determine how the system should wait before completing the applications and services that are not responding. To change these registry keys, click on "Start ", select " Run, type Regedit and click" Ok .
At this point access to key HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop , double-click on AutoEndTasks in the right and set as a value.
Then navigate to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop , double-click on WaitToKillAppTimeout in the right and set 1000 as the value.
Now, navigate to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop , double-click on HungAppTimeout and set 1000 as the value.
Finally, access to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControl , double-click on WaitToKillServiceTimeout and set 1000 as the value.
If the settings were to make the system unstable restore the previous situation.
