Project an apartment of 85 square meters (excluding balconies) in a new building. The proposal of the manufacturer, rather traditional, provided a clear separation between the kitchen and living room with the latter in the presence of large areas of transition (due to the positioning of the doors at the ends of the room) that reduced the space for the furniture. Also provided were two local services too wide.
Our proposal provides for a redesign of the area with the living that is correlated with the kitchen through two glass side doors that add depth and give the impression of a single area. The bathrooms have been concentrated in one area of \u200b\u200bthe apartment while the washing machine and pantry / laundry room are located near the kitchen next to the terrace of service.
