Renting A House In The Hamptons For After Prom

A fingerprint reader in church

Who says that technology and religion do not mix? According to the Polish daily Gazeta Wyborcza, in the town of local Gryfow Slaski a priest has installed a fingerprint reader in the church, to identify the kids who go to Mass on Sunday. This is not a religious sort of Big Brother, according to the priest who had the idea that Grzegorz Sowa. Monitoring fingerprint replaces a more old-fashioned: a record of the boys should have been affixed their signatures to demonstrate the presence at the celebrations. Participation in two hundred put into a period of three years is a necessary condition to avoid an examination during the preparation for Confirmation. The idea, according to Gazeta Wyborcza, has been appreciated even by those directly involved. But it does not seem very "exportable" in any country with the Privacy laws.
