Rome, February 26, 2008 - The Court of Review, chaired by Anthony Losurdo, granted the house arrest Danilo Coppola. The request made by the defenders on December 17 was discussed last Saturday in the town square in a court of Clodius.
The real estate is back in prison after the court's decision, after evasion from house arrest. Coppola's attorneys, lawyers and Claudio Michele Gentiloni Silveriij Coratella, had justified the request by saying that the crime of fraudulent bankruptcy, referring to the failure of Micop Property for which Coppola has held since March 1 last year, has no reason to exist because, with the payment to the tax of over € 8 million, has been canceled debt.
Today Coppola is hospitalized, following the severe physical and mental decay that was found by experts appointed by the same court.
